Old Mutual is a ****
I have a tax free investment with Old Mutual I have since asked them to cancel it as it does not cater for my needs anymore yesses I don’t know if their call centre has a quality assurer or what?but the level of rudeness from those call centre agents especially the reinvestment department I asked to speak to the supervisor the lady put me on hold and from there I had restart the call again go through those prompt numbers again I rate their service 0 out 10 worst place to invest your money when you want to withdraw they will take you to pillar to post never ever invest with them they are the worst of them all
