Old Mutual is a ****

I went to Old Mutual December 2024 in Clearwater I was helped by Shanon to open an investment account, in January 2025 they didn’t debit when I went there to find out, he told me the documents were lost.

In February 2025 I requested a withdrawal from my investment account which was eventually opened. Nothando told me it would take 15 days all documents were submitted accordingly. I am here today speaking to Jeremy and Sophia they telling some document was not submitted so I must fill it again. Old Mutual has become a **** and the sales people are ****s. This company has no integrity at all. They telling me they will escalate the matter to the complainant manager. I don’t think they have a complaints manager if there is let me him contact me to show accountability but I doubt I will get a call because the company itself is a **** and is full of ****mers.
