Old mutual is a ****!!!!!!

<div>I have been calling old mutual for weeks now, I even went to their local branch and they still haven’t refunded me money. They claimed to have cancelled my funeral policy, whilst debiting money from my account every month from last year December 2023. To top it all off, the branch called iwyze as they claimed that “bogus” policy was with them, iwyze then asked the consultant at the branch to have me sign a refund form..till today there hasn’t been no communication..I am the one that has to call them &amp; check the status of my refund process. Lastweek when I called, iwyze said my ID number does not appear on their system &amp; they require me to start the process all over again. I am so fed up.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>
