Old Mutual is a ****.
I am tempted to put Old Mutual in the same category as those insurance companies whose sole purpose is **** unsuspecting clients.
I had a Retirement Annuity with them which I attempted to cancel back in March 2025. What troubles me is they have been deducting RA premium for all these other months. I just checked my December payslip, they will be deducting as usual. I have been to their offices in Ladysmith (KZN) three times already to complain about this disgusting conduct and claim refunds, sometimes they do refund me but sometimes they don't.
I now don't want anything to do with them, I have since closed my OM Back account and canceled my funeral policy.
