Old Mutual is a ****

I have app**** for 2pot over a month ago. I have not received my payout. I went to Old Mutual branch at Tshwane mall and I was assisted by Lethabo from reception who was very helpful. I spoke to a consultant who was supposed to assist me. He is very unprofessional and not helpful. He told me I need to buy an insurance product so that the system can recognise me

I am shocked because I have an iwyze cover,he said it’s a different product.

He gave me his line to speak to the 2 pot department as he has nothing to do with 2 pot. He was very rude.

I spoke to a consultant and they were not helpful. This guy called kelena the manager to further assist.

Kelena was very rude to me when I asked for their complaints department’s email address. I have been calling the 2 pot department to no help.

Will I get assisted?
