Old Mutual is a ****!
This company is a **** with highly *********** staff. From December 2024 to April 2025, unauthorized deductions were made from my PERSAL account for policies I never agreed to. Although the policies were cancelled, I was only refunded half of the money deducted. In September 2025, the same issue happened again. After an investigation, I received an SMS confirming that ***** had been proven, yet I was only refunded R400. Deductions continued from September 2025 onwards, and even on my January 2026 payslip, deductions were still being made—meaning the policy is clearly still active. I have tried contacting the company and tagging them on Facebook and LinkedIn with no response. This level of negligence and disregard for customers is unacceptable.
