Old Mutual is a ****

On the 3rd April 2023, my mother passed away being an Old Mutual policy holder. On the 4th of April I went to old mutual to claim a funeral policy and other investments providing every necessary documents. 2 of the investments had nominated beneficiaries, i provided the necessary documents and bank account statement to this day the funds have not been released. With regards to the funeral policy from the 4th of April to the 13th April, old mutual has been sending sms requesting documents, we provided the necessary documents till to day the funds of the funeral policy have not been released. The funeral is on 15th April Saturday and we need the money to bury our mother who has been paying her premiums over the years. We do not know what to do.
