OLD MUTUAL IS A ****

I'm extremely disappointed with Old mutual. A certain broker registered 2 funeral policies in my name and details that knew anything about until recently. So I went to Old mutual in the beginning of December 2023 to report this ***** and request a cancellation and a refund of my money. They told me I will receive feedback withing 5 days but I got nothing. It's been over a month without any communication from them!!!
