OLD MUTUAL IS A ****!
Old Mutual has been holding a claim for our client and when asked if we could proceed to the Pension fund adjudicator this is after they said they can't find the claim. This is their second drama they cause for our other clients yearly we have to complain about them everywhere. Their social media crew has no clue what's happening inside! It takes a year or 2 to withdraw pensions!!!!
