Old Mutual is a ****.

I have been a member of your scheme for more than 27 years now. My policy Number that was paid directly from my salary via a stop order. I find it shocking and it is disappointing to learn that Old Mutual canceled my long-term policy without my consent and without any form of communication. There was no registered mail received nor any e-mails or SMS sent by Old Mutual. There was no attempt to even send a broker to my place of work to indicate whatever challenge there is. Ordinarily, given the number of years the policy was enforced, the person should become your preferred client, so as it happens with other service providers; but Old Mutual is only happy to collect money and not taking care of their client's. My details have been updated in your system on several occasions and recently I, updated the preferred method of communication. I demand they reinstate my policy.
