Old Mutual is a ****

Old Mutual is a **** and they are *****ing our parents hard earned monies. My mother just found that her policies have lapsed. She had these polies for years and they were set to debit on her payslip. But today when she went to the branch she was told her policies are over a year lapsed and no communication was made to her or her set emergency contact and she was told they will not be able to reinstate the policies for her. She always go to the Old Mutual branch to make yearly check ups and she went last year and everything was fine but today everything is gone.
