Old Mutual Investments not complying to refund investment.

End of October 2017 I gave Old Mutual Investments notice to abscond my Investment for the reason that I have change my portfolio due to the tax and company preferences has changed.Only in last week of October 2017 Old Mutual send me an application to cancel this Investment,so I did complete the application and submit it as soon as I could.I went on gto the Old Mutual portal and registered a query as well and as up to this date I still have not received a satisfactory answer not any date that my Investment would be refunded.Though they have correspond via email reflecting the amount that should be paid out,but without any progress in almost a month.
