Old Mutual Investments - *********** and Unreliable

This is the worst service I have ever experienced!!!! No one is able to assist with issues, you get blocked at the Call Centre, with the response "We will revert to the relevant department, and some one will call you" - this never happens!!! We tried for the 2nd time to disinvest money at Old Mutual and due to incompetence on Old Mutual's staff side, the money is transferred to the wrong account, although changes have been made and requested a long time ago. Me and my whole family will withdraw all our money from Old Mutual as this is not the way to treat clients!!
