Old mutual investment withdrawal department SUCKS! I app**** for an Investment cash withdrawal and after following it up it was told that the EFT was deposited on the 30 November 2024. My broker followed it up with the Head Office after I went to Absa making a fool of myself. It was discovered that the person capturing my banking details made an error! The Relationship Manager ANDRE ENGELBRECHT inform my broker that I need to wait a further 24 to 48 hours because of an error that was made on their side! HELLO this should somehow been picked up immediately not at the last stage where the deposit was captured! I demand disciplinary action against the capturer as I now disinvest my investment from Old Mutual. Thumbs up for Karel Fourie who invested my pension money without any problems! I salute you Karel.
