OLD MUTUAL INVESTMENT MAING CANCELATION DIFFICULT?

I sent emails and messages on Facebook to cancel my Investment Policy with Old mutual and they are not responding to confirm my cancellation. Pls help me to cancel my Policy i can't afford to pay it anymore.
