OLD MUTUAL INVESTMENT IS A ****

Old Mutual does not want to pay me back my money after debiting my account. I signed up for an investment in August and canceled my account at the end of November. Old Mutual only paid me back my money for the month of August, September and October. The last money that was debited from my account on the 30th November was never paid back. I have emailed my bank statement showing that there was another debit order that went through my account after my investment withdrawal and have called numerous time requesting a payment of that last debit order but they do not recognize my debit order. They just tell me that my account has been canceled and that I was paid what was due. However I do not understand why can they not repay my money. Old Mutual is ********** and I am so tired of calling explaining why they should pay me my money back. Never invest with Old Mutual they will never repay your money in full. Ref ***1
