I would like thank Collen Manger from OLD MUTUAL complaints dept for your assistance. my funds were paid in my account the next day, I really appreciate it, old mutual even pay an ex gratia payment of R500.00 in my account.. thanks you thank you thank you. my suggestion is that all call center staff must be taken in for training, to give feedback to customers be it positive or negative that will eliminate lots of complaints.
