Old Mutual insurance policy not paid.

This is the second time in a year that I have problems with my insurance policy. The debit order for December 2021 was not debited and after I phoned them to inform them about this , I was told that the debit order was cancelled and that the payment for October 2021 was reversed and the policy is now 2 months in arrears. I did not reverse the payment and even contacted them about the payment for December that wasnt debited. I keep on phoning to try and sort this out with no luck. It seems that someone at Old Mutual is messing around and I am now cancelling my policy.
