Old mutual insurance is a ****
I cancelled insurance with old mutual in August because they could not insure my car for business purposes. Old mutual still debited my account in September. I wrote to old mutual customer care in the first week of September and i got a response that they have a technical error delating my refund. In October they still debiting my account.
