Old Mutual Insurance

I had put in a claim with Old Mutual insurance on the 7th of October 2023 and I am yet to get any calls from them. I keep emailing them and asking for the progress of the claim and the guy named Bulelani Magcida is giving me a runaround. This is not acceptable.
