Old mutual incompetence reps!!!!

Good day My mom took an investment with old mutual. Few weeks later she got a call from a sales reo from old mutual telling her sunce she has an investment with the group she can also take retirement annuity. Of which she agreed. Now today she goes to get her tax certificate at old mutual only to find all this time she has been paying for a second investment, not the RA she was told she is taking. Now she is being told they cant fix it and if she cancels the second investment she will be pinalised. I need old mutual TO FIX THIS ASAP!!!!!... no one takes two investments, at least thats not what she was told she is taking.
