old mutual - incompetence, dishonesty, non ethical company

the most unprofessional, dishonest, company. they are blatantly robbing me. they cannot provide feedback or clarity, i have had a query on my investment since last year Feb and to date nobody has got back to me. i have been to the branch last year in september\october, to date nobody has resolved my issue. when you phone the branch to follow up, the tell you to come to the branch, how can i go to the branch when i went there and its been more than a year with no resolution? never ever do business with these ******. they are quick to deduct your money but hide away and mislead you and when its time for them to pay out
