Old mutual incompetence

I recently claimed at Old mutual on Wednesday and went to check today how far the claim is and nothing has been done to process the claim... The 48 hour turnaround time is actually a ****. If this is not sorted by Monday then I'm cancelling all my policies with them. They never miss to deduct premiums and when it comes to claims they go in circles. I should have cancelled when they made waves when they had a corpse brought to their promises but since its an Old company I trusted them. I never experienced this incompetence with Sanlam. Old mutual says 48hrs and yet nothing.
