OLD MUTUAL INCOMPETENCE

They are absolutely pathetic as my husband has been in contact with them on an almost daily basis since 13 April 2021 regarding a payout he must receive. All relevant documents were submitted but everytime he phones in, he gets different stories from the consultants and it seems no one knows what's really happening there. He has a trail of emails going back and forth and so now a month later and still nothing. This boils down to plain incompetence but they don't care as we are just little fish in a huge pond.
