OLD MUTUAL INCOMPETANCY

Policy ***3 I changed/reduce one of my benefits on 15/08/2023 with an quote submitted to Old Mutual Life. Old Mutual received my instruction and made the changes and accepted it In September 2023 they charge me the correct monthly premium R2078,00 In October 2023 it shot up to R4438,00 for the month premium with the reduced cover where I paid R285,00 in September now R2429,00 in October 2023 I immediately contacted them and ask them to rectify it (they overcharge me R2144 on this specific cover). Then they said to me they will investigate and rectify or let me know what is going on. Several emails were sent from my side and their side with promises they will investigate. NO CLEAR FEEDBACK Guess what in November they deduct again R4438,00 from my account which means I was suppose to pay R285,00 in November and they charge me again now R2429,00 (they overcharge me R2144 on this specific cover). I PHONED THEM AGAIN AND A LOT OF PROMISSES WERE MADE AND UP TILL NOW NO FEEDBACK. I HAVE SENT THEM ALL THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS THEY REQUIRED FROM ME.
