Old mutual *******ly profits from deliberate delays

I took out a tax free savings and an ordinary investment account with Old Mutual with the hopes of building myself a nest egg for my later years. Unfortunately, I had an urgent need to access this money and set about submitting documents to this end. It's been over a month now of back and forth with this company with no resolution in sight. Why can one not get straight answers with them? After all, I'm not asking for loan. It is my hard earned after tax money. My company's provident fund is also with them. I shudder to think the hell that one will go through when it is time to get my pension. Please give me my money and stop trying to maximize earnings from what is contractually no longer yours.
