Old Mutual ignors payout queries

I have a policy that matures in May 2015 and submitted payout instructions to Old Mutual on 09 Mar 2015.<br> I requested that they confirm that the information was sufficient and queried when the payout would be made.<br> I received no response.<br> Queried again 17 Mar<br> again 01 Apr<br> again 14 Apr<br> To date no response.<br> <br> This is the third time I have had unsatisfactory service from Old Mutual.<br> Disgusted customer.<br> Larry Green<br>
