Old Mutual Ignoring All Emails – ********ly Withholding My Money

Complaint: I am extremely disappointed with the terrible service I am receiving from Old Mutual. I have been trying to cancel my policy (Policy Number ***3) for weeks, and Old Mutual has completely ignored every single attempt to contact them. I submitted: My cancellation letter My ID copy My bank details My 10-digit income tax number Their required reference (CED***8) I sent all documents to the email they provided (***) AND through their WhatsApp upload link. I even escalated the matter to Old Mutual’s complaints department, but absolutely no one has responded. Old Mutual is now ********ly withholding my funds, ignoring communication, and violating Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles. This is unacceptable for a company of this size, and I demand: Immediate cancellation of ALL my Old Mutual policies Immediate release of my payout A written explanation for the delays Contact from a senior manager, not a generic email bot I have already escalated this to the Ombudsman and FSCA due to Old Mutual’s failure to act.
