Old Mutual ignores Section 14 Retirement Transfer Request

Good day

I have been requesting Section 14 transfer documents for one of my clients for more than 2 months now with no acknowledgement of receipt nor a reply. As you know the law states that you have only 180 days to complete a section 14 transfer or you may be taken to the pension fund adjudicator for review.

I suggest you send me the Section 14 transfer requirements urgently.
