Old Mutual I want my money

Over the past three months or so in trying to access funds invested in my policy with old mutual. I visited my local branch to enquire if I could use some of the funds that I've been contributing into this policy as I'm desperately in need of money. I was told to submit copies of my bank statement, ID and I was given a surrender form to complete. I did exactly that. I received an sms saying I should wait 10 working days as my request is being processed. Two weeks later I went back to the branch as I had received a follow up sms saying that I needed to complete a part withdrawal form. I did exactly that. The consultant by then had told me that I should at least get R3400 of some of the funds on that investment. I waited and waited but no money was deposited into my account. I went back to the branch to seek explanation of what the delay had been, the consultant called Old Mutual head office and after talking on the phone, he told me that I had skipped payment for seven months and that was the held up. He advised me to call head office. Later that day 2018/05/30 I called Old Mutual and spoke to a consultant Modiegi who told me the same thing and went on to say I must pay R2000 as penalty and to bring my policy up to date. I told her that I was not aware of none payment into this policy as my premiums are deducted straight from a stop order. I then asked her to send me a complete statement so that I could see for myself of what was going on with my policy, she said she couldn't assist me with that. She also couldn't tell me how much I had in that policy.

As of yesterday I've sent seven 7 pay slips to old mutual that show that money was deducted from salary into my investment policy.

How can I be paying money to access my money? Hello Peter, please assist me in getting all the money that I thought I was investing with old mutual I'm in need of this money and old mutual is holding me hostage to my funds
