Old Mutual Horrible service

Horrible service, my dad past away two months ago and they are trying everything to delay payout of his life policy. They wanted all of his medical claims since he joint his medical aid and his medical leave history from his work since 2012, he went on pension in 2013. Don't know what this have to do with paying out a policy that was taken out in 2018. And if you phone to follow up they just say the claim are escalating phone back in 10 days. I will never ever take out another policy from Old Mutual or buy any of their products and will advise everyone I get in contact with not to do business with them.
