Old Mutual holds on to my own money. I want my money.

I purchased a annuity from Old Mutual. Years ago. I turned 55 last year . After splitting the amount with my ex wife I am waiting for the rest to pay out.

I Have been fighting for a year to get my money.

I think Old mutual just want to hang on for their own gain. And every time they phone me they want to sell another policy to me.

I am so so sick of this. ..where is my money. Sort this out ASAP. Old mutual fast to deduct out debit orders. Super slow to pay out. Thank you for nothing
