Old Mutual Holding line takes FOREVER!!!!!!

I am extremely frustrated by Old Mutual and their client service. You could hold up to an hour if you're patient enough to talk to their CS colsultants. The other day, I even have to go on their site to use the "call me back" option for new investors just to get a quick response which I did not get help with my query and told I needed to call the main client services.

I have noticed that OM does not care for existing customers but call back within minutes to new investors!!!!
