Old Mutual Hold Up

Hello. For the Past 3 weeks Ive been trying to get hold of an Old Mutual Consultant who can assist me in processing my Savings Plan Claim since im in need of the extra money. Ive been Calling everyday even to their Cape Town Head office and no one is able to assist me in this regard. Ive sent various emails to different mail adresses clearly stating what I want to do and including my details but to no avail. Yes im taking into account that it is Lockdown In South Africa. But I cant wait 10 to 20 minutes waiting for just one Consultant whose working offsite to answer their phone. This is my last resort now. Ive warned them and stated that I do Need the extra rand. Still all their email replies just state that they handle only enquiries. And worst of all they dont even bother to let a consultant call me back after I stated what my emails is about. Can you Please get me a consultant who can process my Savings plan claim as I have all my documents ready within the next 24 hours?? Please
