Old mutual hidden clauses

Please entertain me on burning issues i have with old mutual.I have a Life Policy which i have been paying for and one of the benefits it has is if one contracts a dreaded risease u get q small payout pending u have proof.So beginning of January i got diagnosed with stage 4 stomache cancer and the tests reports all evidences were sent thru to old mutual.the specialist and onchologist stipulated thats its veri bad and that even chemo will not cure but rather prolongue a tiny bit.The letter suggests that my employer put me immediately on 6months disability due to my condition and thereby permanent.So old mutual sends me documents to fill in and i even had to pay the onchologist to fill in his section of thebdocumen***** all about the money yeah.Filled documents were sent to old mutual and a week later i get an email stating that my work needs to complete a document.The problem is old mutual is so clever they send a disability document for work to fill.please take note that i have app**** for 6 months disability at work and it is a process,it can take up to 3 to 4 months for approval and can even be declined.Work will not fill in the old mutual document until my disability is approved by momentum.Now if i have letters sufficient proof from doctors hospitals tests etc why still eo i need to b considered disabled by work in order for old mutual to process my claim which is so less.where has this hidden clause come from in old mutual.u hav the proof i have a dreaded disease I am still on sick leave until 7 feb then wil b inpaid until disability leave is granted.So the dreaded diaease claim is null n void evwn if u submitted proof bcos now i must woat months for works section to b filled in Clarify this to me bcos when i call the call center they clueless. U have any more hidden clauses that i need to raise to the public bcos they must b aware of hidden agendas in policies

Dreaded disease is dreaded diaease camcer is one of them,not stage one stageb4 given 6 months to live but still u want to find loopholes .This is downrite disgusting from old mutual. My employer has ntg yo do with my dreaded disease,u want me to wait n wait til they approve hopefully so what little money u have to pay u want to save it.yor service is disgusting and i am thinking of cancelling this policy and more that we have in thousands.
