Old Mutual has the worse customer care company to have policies with.

worse customer care experience ever! We just had it with old mutual.! For 3 months now we are consistantly trying to just change our banking details so that the premiums can go off as it should. With no luck! It took as 12 years just to get our address updated on my husbands profile.

I am done with them! If you cant even change your address or banking details, I cannot imagine what whill happen when you need to claim life or disabillity.
