Old mutual has the most pathetically judgemental, inconsiderate individuals who lack professionalism
Old mutual has the most pathetically judgemental, inconsiderate individuals who lack professionalism. They want to get back to you when it is convenient for them once the client is upset. They beat around the bush for weeks without communication or ask for details/ documents and then ****! Disappear again. The client must chase them.
