Old Mutual Has ****** My Pension

<p>My previous employer utillised Old Mutual to administer our pension fund. I left this company over 6 months ago and have been unable to get Old Mutual to transfer my benefits into my new employers fund which is administered by Sanlam. I have had so many empty promises despite many phone calls and assistance from the Sanlam agents. As of today this still remains unresolved. These are my funds and no person should have to wait this long for resolution. If not resolved by the end of this week I will be logging an official complaint with the consumer complaint commission for with holding my pension for no valid reason. I would never recommed old mutual to manage anything as important as your future as this is the single most horrible experience I have had with a service provider.</p>
