OLD MUTUAL HAS POOOOR SERVICE!!!

I was meant to receive my provident fund on the 1st of August since I turned 65 in July. I sent through all the required documentation the last week of June and have been calling in almost every week with no assistance on sight! To make matters worse there's no communication whatsoever from them. I'm the one that needs to constantly check the status of my claim!!! Even then I still don't get a straight answer! I am extremely disappointed and fed up with Old Mutual!!! I've worked tirelessly for 32 years, being underpaid and ill treated. Now I still have to fight to get what's rightfully mine ?! This is totally unacceptable!!!
