Old Mutual has pathetic service
Still awaiting feedback after numerous complaints,calls.They don't get back to you.I received an sms on 31 July since 16 July stating the refund is in process.Old Mutual has become pathetic with service standards.I have been trying since I submitted a claim on 6 May and today it's 11 August.I don't want anymore Old Mutual products ever again.

11 Aug 2025, 15:37I am not interested anymore,thank you.I have been trying to be assisted since May 2025.Even when I call,you have the same reply.So I am done with trying.It is always being attended to or escalated.Even arbitration says they will get back

11 Aug 2025, 15:42I wish I could post all the emails here.I have them all.I contacted the arbitration department/complaints department on 26 May already.I have called many,many times.So I am just here to warn others to be careful of Old Mutual.They don't deliver on their promises.Quick to reply but with empty promises.I will never apply for Old Mutual products again.I have lost all faith in the company.
