Old mutual has no urgency and they do not care

I called old mutual today and I got helped by a Paul who wouldn't help with anything. Bad attitude , bad service and hewouldnt transfer me to complains and even when you ask for the manager he doesn't want to transfer the call. Now I am here , having to pay my school fees and od mutual is denying me an opportunity to carry on because the staff is unhelpful and the documents had long been given to them. I mean they didn't bother paying out the claim with the same policy number and have to put us through so much frustration. Schools are open , we have to eat and pay rent but now we have to struggle to get what's rightfully ours , I think I'm just going to go the legal route because some people actually think their incompetence must just be overlooked. Old mutual is bad news
