Old mutual has no peace when it comes to service delivery on death claims

My mother passed away on the 7th of march. My brother then claimed from old mutual and was later told on Thursday which was 2 days before the funeral that the ID number was written incorrectly. So just yesterday old mutual has a new theory of him writing an affidavit to confirm that my mother's ID number. The death certificate doesn't mean anything and till this day if we didn't try other means that could have meant that she will be still in mortuary waiting for old mutual to finalise the never ending paperwork and excuses. If you want peace of mind please stay away from old mutual funeral plan unless you can wait 2 weeks or a month for a burial
