Old mutual has no online support

Old Mutual provides no service for online support.

When you reach out to the *** they tell you that you need to phone the call center. WHAT CALL CENTER... because if you phone the numbers they give you all you get is an automated voice saying "Your call is important to us please hold on".... and NOBODY ANSWERS>>>>>>

Note I have phoned both numbers ***and +***0 more than 10 times in the last week. EVERY TIME i wait for at least 10min.... this is costing me in airtime yet.... no answer.... LIKE *** why have numbers on your website or tell your clients to phone unmanned numbers.....

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. What must I do go to a branch and just close out all my investments and move to Sanlam?
