Old Mutual has no care for its clients!!
I am so unhappy with the worst service from your institution - literally, I have been trying to get through to the Cape town office for almost 3 hours now!!! this service is so pathetic!! All I want is to enquire about my policy yet I feel that you have no knowledge on customer care management!!! Unacceptable!!!!
