Old Mutual Has Lost their Value for Humanity

Old Mutual this Company used to value it's clients I have know and worked with them for the longest time but Now there's Utterly no Customer care.... I got to Phoenix Plaza old mutual and I waited there for 5 minutes for a receptionist that's wasn't there ,only to be helped by a consultant that wasn't happy who also made me unhappy by telling me that I need to get a Bank statement for cancelling a Policy.... I really find that Rule doesn't make sense

He offered that I need to Speak to the Manager

Eventually I went to waist money to get a Bank statement . I was helped and then realised I could use that money as an investment Guess what I didn't want to stay and get a person that was mad and Unhappy
