OLD MUTUAL HAS BRECHED THEIR CONTRACT WITH ME

I am over 55 and requested Old Mutual to do the one third payout of my pension fund. At the same time you have to reinvest the other two thirds which was done on the 17th March. I signed the quote which becomes binding and the contract clearly states that the first payment of the reinvested amount will become due and payable on the 1st April. I have contacted Old Mutual Financial advisor to find out where the money is and her reply is that it is with the Administration department and out of her hands, never mind that they take their commission out of the whole transaction. I am so irritates as neither the one third payout has been paid nor the contract amount payable on the 1st April has been paid. I tried to query it with someone else and surprise they never came back to me either. I find this very unprofessional of Old Mutual seeing that I have been with them for more than 20 years and when it come to pay the money back the service is disgusting. Ref No QR 00698
