I opened a educational plan investment policy for my children and i was paying a premium of 690 per month,i payed 11 in full, wen i went to them looking to withdraw the cash so i can bridge the gab.i could not pay the school fees for June because of some family commitments and they told me they can only pay 4300 that is wht is available for me according to their system.after paying 690 per month i expected to be payed 7590 plus interest because this is an investment when i refused it and queried it.they told me that it is wht im going to get because there were charges every month for this account.i dont know if an investment account can charge 299 to manage it .money that they didnt even pay for interest. Im warning other clients that have policy like this with this **** of a company.if i was no longer alive my kids wouldnt have known how much they a respecting frm this policy and accepted wht was going to be given them.They would have reaped them off 3290.wht about if this was 10 years frm now,it could have been worse.they make money frm ****s like these and we never notice because the holder of the account not being there.im still fighting for my money atleast wht i payed them they can keep their interests.
