Old Mutual harassment and really rude call agents - changing debit order dates without authorization

Once again Old Mutual non existent service. I keep on receiving phone calls from your "agents" who then request I verify myself by giving my cell phone number which they have just phoned me on!!!! When I request clarity on what the call is about your "agents" become unhelpful an rude as with the last call today, which is now becoming harassment. Furthermore how does Old Mutual change debit order dates without a client's approval or go ahead????

As per previous review - do not ever use Old Mutual for any of their services - you will never be satisfied.
