Old Mutual Gugulethu Branch has an extremely poor service with no control

Good day, this is unprofessional and unacceptable! I accompanied my mother to Old Mutual branch in Gugulethu and she was assisted by a guy called Anga Mzimba, as time went by my mother noticed the debit order hasn't gone off and asked me to follow up. I did and I've been getting empty promises of following up, I then spoke to the branch manager Noxolo Sobopha who promised to contact Anga as he was on leave till 24th January and until today no response.

I then contacted them today and I got a call from Anga who told me I have a right to chose another consultant if I am not happy with his service instead of him giving feedback or a solution to the current problem.

I asked him to send me an email with all that he mentions telephonically and he rep**** and said I'm not his client I'm just calling on the behalf of his client. Totally no remorse and I'm disappointed at the poor service in this branch period!!!!

Bare in mind it's not the 1st time he gave us a service with a poor follow up to a point we went to another branch in Cape Town CBD.
