Old mutual grow plan picy paid up but make excuses to pay out

Good day

My father have a paid up old mutual grow plan policy with value was on May 2021 over R300 000.

He did apply to render the policy due to his age and the policy is paid up and was at old mutual kuilsrivier and spoke to Nazer we assist him

The did came back and said they will pay out in 7 working days after that Nazer called to say that is aock on the picy because head office told him they need to calculate the amount he can have as a pay out and the others in monthly pay outs

I herby would like to put my disapointments out because a paid up policy which old mutual want to take control or hold up and it is not there money
